Clinic operating system · Philippines

Not a chatbot. A clinic that runs itself.

An AI receptionist that books and collects deposits 24/7 — sitting on top of a full practice management system: schedule, records, prescriptions, billing, reports and role-based access for your whole team.

Pick a real time on our calendar — no forms that go nowhere. Or skip the call and start your setup: the onboarding form is the same one we fill in with clinics by hand.

Sample data. On your account these are your patients, your prices and your numbers — updating live.

Under the hood

The parts you can't see are the ones that keep you out of trouble.

Any developer can build a chat window. These are the rules that make a clinic safe to run on it.

01

Double-booking is refused by the database

Not by the app remembering to check. An exclusion constraint on dentist and chair means two overlapping appointments physically cannot both exist — even when a patient names a specific dentist.

02

Tenant isolation at the row level

Row-level security on every table. One clinic can never read another's patients, even if the application layer has a bug.

03

The assistant reads, it never remembers

Prices, hours, dentists, HMO and open slots are queried at the moment the patient asks. There is no cached copy to go stale and no room to invent one.

04

Two timers protect the slot

An unpaid hold blocks the time so nobody double-claims it, stays hidden from your queue, and dies after 2 hours — with a payment nudge at 30 minutes. No-fee requests expire after 24 hours of silence.

05

Money is credited from evidence

Vision reads the amount, reference and recipient off the receipt. It credits what arrived, flags a re-used reference, and never rounds a short payment up.

06

Every channel, every time

Fourteen automatic messages. If we hold an email address and a chat thread, both are sent — because Facebook blocks business-initiated chat outside 24 hours and email always lands.

Full specification

Everything it does today.

Not a roadmap dressed up as a feature list. Anything planned but unbuilt is in the amber box below.

  • Messenger & Instagram assistant Live

Answers and books 24/7 on both, mirroring the patient's language — English, Tagalog or Taglish, in one thread.

  • Website booking link Live

Works without Facebook. Same availability rules as the bot. On every plan.

  • Quotes your real prices

Read from your Services list at the moment of asking.

  • Offers only genuinely open slots

Working hours, slot size, buffer, time off, closed days, holidays and your advance-booking window.

  • Clinic questions from your settings

Hours, address with a Maps link, HMO, payment channels, your real dentist list.

  • Never invents a fact

Asked for a dentist who doesn't exist, it says so and lists the real ones.

  • Books for a relative

Records the child or parent as the patient — not the person holding the phone.

  • Reschedule and cancel in chat

A reschedule creates a new request; the original slot stays reserved until you decide.

Not built yet — said plainly, because you'd find out in week one anyway

  • Instagram DMLive. Inbound DMs are answered and booked the same way Messenger is.
  • WhatsAppNot a patient channel yet.
  • Multi-branch UIBranches are configured with you, but there is no branch switcher in the dashboard.
  • WaitlistNobody is automatically offered a cancelled slot.
  • 6-month recallNot implemented. Post-treatment follow-ups do work.
  • Slot sizeOne slot size and buffer clinic-wide, not per dentist or room.

These arrive at no extra cost when they ship, and are not part of what you pay for today.

Your numbers

Three sliders. Then you'll know when it pays for itself.

Pick a plan and move three sliders until they match your clinic. Nothing here is a promise — it is your own numbers, multiplied.

Pro holds the slot behind a reservation fee and adds the whole dashboard. Most single-branch clinics start here.

What one patient in the chair is typically worth.

Count the empty chair hours, not the apologies.

Messages that arrive while the clinic is closed.

Change the assumptions

These four are set for you at conservative defaults. They are yours to argue with — we would rather you moved them than trusted ours.

Drag it to zero and see what is left.

The ones an instant answer keeps.

Deducted from the treatment — not an extra charge.

Follows the plan you picked. Enterprise setup is quoted per group.

Month 1Month 12

Saving 3 of those 8 no-shows, plus the messages you'd have lost overnight, covers Pro at ₱9,000 a month. Setup is back by month 3.

We don't claim to eliminate no-shows — nobody honestly can. A deposit, two reminders and a confirm step reduce them. The deposit is collected on Pro and Enterprise; Basic never charges one, by design. Setup is one-time, the monthly fee is monthly, and there is no lock-in.

Pricing

Priced by dentists and branches — never by message volume.

A busy month should not produce a bigger bill. Introductory Philippine pricing, per month. Every line below is something that works today — the roadmap is kept out of the price list on purpose, and listed separately further down.

Basic

₱6,000 /mo

Setup from ₱15,000 · 3 dentists · 1 branch · no dashboard, by design

  • 24/7 AI receptionist on Messenger and Instagram — English, Tagalog or Taglish, quoting your live prices, dentists, hours and open slots
  • Your own booking page for the link in your bio
  • Approve or reject from an email button — no computer needed
  • Reminders the night before and on the day, at times you set; patient confirms, you're told
  • Post-visit follow-up and a morning-after message on a no-show
  • Google Calendar per dentist, kept clean — cancellations disappear from it
  • GCash / Maya / bank QR in chat, screenshots read by AI and judged against the amount
  • Your dentists approve, move and block their own time from chat
  • AI Brain — your own Google Docs answer the questions we can't guess

Pro

₱9,000 /mo

Setup from ₱25,000 · 10 dentists · 1 branch

  • Everything in Basic, plus a reservation fee per service — the deposit Basic deliberately does without
  • The full dashboard above: today, calendar, bookings, patients
  • Records, medical alerts, dental chart, treatment plans, X-rays and before/after — in private storage, not a shared Drive folder
  • Prescriptions on the dentist's own letterhead, PRC / PTR / S2 where a pharmacist looks
  • 26 ready-made documents — OFW and pre-employment clearance, medical clearance requests, lab work orders, consent for endo, ortho, implants and clinical photos, aftercare texts. Sent as a link, never a broken attachment
  • Checkout, part-payments, receivables, printable A4 invoice, HMO as payer
  • Expenses and reports — profit, not just income; any date range, against the one before
  • Roles that hold: an associate sees their own patients and no money at all
  • Patient portal — visits, plan, prescriptions, photos; they sign treatment plans there

  • Staff posted to a branch see only that branch — enforced in the database, not by the app remembering to filter
  • Patients pick their branch first when they book

Payment QR codes are on every plan, including Basic — those are what the bot shows a patient. What Basic does not do is hold a slot behind a deposit; that starts at Pro. Medical alerts are never plan-gated either — a penicillin allergy is a safety record, not an upsell.

What actually changes between the plans.

Only things that are built and running today. Most of the system is on every plan — that part is listed first, so the table underneath only has to carry the differences.

What it does not do — printed here rather than discovered later.

Some of these are next in line. None of them work today, on any plan, and no salesperson here will tell you otherwise.

  • WhatsApp. Not connected.
  • SMS. Built and tested on Twilio, but not switched on — it needs the account and the number connected before a single text can go out. Email, Messenger and Instagram all work today.
  • Card payments. QR and screenshot only — no gateway, no auto-reconciliation, no refunds in-system.
  • The phone receptionist. Built, never switched on.
  • A waitlist. Named in old material. Not built.
  • Automatic 6-month recall. Post-visit follow-ups do work; the recall does not.
  • Booking from the patient portal. The portal reads and signs; booking is chat or the booking page.
  • Per-branch reservation fees, hours or slot sizes. Prices and slots vary by branch; those three don't yet.
  • Branch-against-branch comparison in reports. Each branch reports on its own.
  • Accounting-system export. CSV, and you take it from there.
  • Connecting your own Facebook Page yourself. That work is ours, and it is inside the setup fee.
Going live

You send your prices. We do the rest.

Connecting a Facebook Page needs work on Meta's side. That work is ours, and it is inside the setup fee.

  1. The demo call

30–45 minutes. Throw your awkward cases at it; we tell you honestly which ones it doesn't handle.

  2. Your clinic sheet

Services with prices, durations and fees. Hours. Dentists. GCash details. That is the whole homework.

  3. We wire it up

Facebook Page, booking link, each dentist's Google Calendar, staff logins, your logo on printed documents.

  4. You test it first

A written checklist you run on your own phone, as a patient. Only then do we point real traffic at it.

About a week, mostly waiting on Facebook.

Start onboarding Or book the demo first Step 2 is the only homework. Nothing is emailed to your dentists until we've reviewed it with you.
Straight answers

Questions clinic owners actually ask.

Will it say something wrong to my patient?

It cannot quote a price, dentist, opening hour or slot that isn't in your own settings — those are read live, not memorised. When it doesn't know, it says the clinic will confirm. The failure mode is a slightly boring answer, not a wrong one.

Do I need a new Facebook Page or number?

No. It connects to the Page you already have and the GCash number you already use.

My receptionist doesn't want to use a computer.

Take Basic. No dashboard by design: bookings arrive by email and Messenger, approvals are a button in the email, and the schedule lives on Google Calendar on her phone. Pro adds the dashboard later — same data underneath.

Who owns the patient data?

You do. Your clinic's data sits in an isolated tenant, enforced at the database level rather than by the app remembering to filter. Files sit in private storage. Export to CSV whenever you like.

Instagram? We get more DMs there.

Then you're covered. Instagram DMs are answered and booked exactly the way Messenger ones are — same assistant, same live prices, same slots, same deposit. Instagram gives us only a display name where Facebook gives a first and last name, so a returning patient who first booked on the other app is matched on their mobile number rather than their name. Nothing else differs.

We already use dental software. Is this a replacement?

It can be — records, checkout, prescriptions and reports are all here. But most clinics start with the gap: the inbox, the deposit and the reminder. Move the rest over when you're ready.

What if the AI goes down?

Bookings are never lost — the calendar and database are separate from the assistant. Worst case the bot stops replying and your staff answer the way they do now. Failures that matter alert us, not you.

Can I just start, without sitting through a demo?

Yes — the onboarding form is the same one we fill in with clinics by hand, and it builds your clinic the moment you submit. It lands as pending: nothing is emailed to the dentists you list until we have reviewed it with you, precisely because that form is public. We then do the demo during setup instead of before it.

Is there a lock-in contract?

Monthly. The setup fee is one-time and covers the Meta and Google work. Ask on the call what a wind-down looks like — you should know how you'd leave before you join.

Book a demo

45 minutes, on a real calendar.

  • On Google Meet — we screen-share the live system.
  • Every time shown is genuinely free. Pick one and it is held immediately; the invitation and the Meet link reach your inbox before you close the tab.
  • You message a real clinic Page yourself and watch the booking arrive.
  • Bring your hardest case — the family sharing one number, the associate who must not see income, the ₱300 against a ₱500 fee.
  • You leave with a written answer on what it doesn't do.
Or just email us hello@dentgenieph.com

Tell us your clinic name, city and how many dentists. We reply within one working day.

Already decided? Start onboarding and we'll do the demo during setup instead.

Monday to Saturday, Manila time. Grey days are closed or already gone.
